THE BRIEF

This US Foundation were looking to hold their annual philanthropic conference in London. Extraordinary Britain was tasked with the accommodation, logistics and Final Night Gala Dinner. 

Looking after several UHNW Donors to the Foundation, as well as the Foundation directors we worked alongside and in partnership with the Foundation’s Events Team. 

ELEMENTS INCLUDED

  • Bespoke Room Drops across three hotels for each attendee
  • VIP Electric Car Transfers
  • Pre-Opening Access to an Art Exhibition at a Major Gallery
  • Gala Dinner in a Landmark London Venue
  • Courses prepared by individual Michelin Starred Chefs
  • A Partner Programme for those in London but not attending the conference during the day
  • Of the 150 guests, a number extended their travel in the UK following the event with us
